REFUND & CANCELLATION

It is kothmire masales’ intention is to satisfy their customers. For this
reason, we will gladly issue a full refund for any full priced unopened
merchandise that is returned within 8 days from the date of delivery.

All returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt,
a return / exchange authorization number and in an unopened and salable
condition.
Postage/ Shipping Charge will not be refunded.
Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any opened or
used products.
Please allow one week from the day you return your package for your
request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is
complete.
Cancellation
If you want to cancel your order, you need to inform us by email at
kothmiremasale@gmail.com  with your order no. within 8 hours of placing
the order or before its dispatch whichever is earlier. Once your order is
dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
